Psst! Jo!

Jo had some trouble with some merino/silk fingering weight yarn that she dyed.

Jo's yarn before

I offered to untangle it for her. Untangling yarn appeals to my anal retentiveness.

It took about 4 hours to get through it, but I was watching tv so it didn't seem that long. Shane had quite a big laugh at me when he saw what I was doing.

But look how pretty it is!

I offered to send it back to her, but she said I could keep it. How cool is that?

Thanks Jo! (And thanks again for the chocolate too!)

I get some weird joy out of untangling my kids' slinkys.

Oh, it looks so pretty - enjoy it! I'm glad that something nice came out of my horrendous choice of spinning it out in the washing machine. I will be buying a large salad spinner very soon...

Oooohhh, what pretty yarn! What a great reward for untangling. For me it would've taken more than 4 hours!

I so do not believe you got through that. Dang.

I know who I'm bribing next time I get myself into a similar fix….

Oh wow its pretty once it’s untangled! I'm glad you were able to save it. Jo is so nice to say you can keep it, and you were so nice to be willing to untangle it for her. :)
